This type of deep, sustainable life change comes from small shifts, by coupling inner work with improved actions. And it definitely helps when you have someone in your corner to support and guide you along the way.

Hi! I 'm Eli:

A coach for women like you who crave coming back to themselves and want to build a more intentional, healthy and joyful life!

​

But more than that, I'm someone who gave up people-pleasing tendencies, control-freak coping mechanisms and patterns of emotional avoidance. Someone who left the societal pressures of looking and acting a certain way behind. Someone who released the things that were holding her back as she blossomed into her truest self.

​​

This could only happen with radical responsibility - one of the most important pieces of the puzzle! I stopped blaming the circumstances and put it upon myself to build and sustain the ever-evolving vision I have for myself and for my life.

​

By combining my competitive-sports background, formal education in psychology, training and nutrition certifications plus my personal journey - the Metanoia Method and my coaching experience Intentionally Well was born.

​​

It lights me up to hold space, pour support and guide women through their own journey. To witness as they get more intentional about what they consume, the way they move, and how they show up in their lives.

The 1st word that comes to mind when I think of my experience with Eli is Patience. Also - kind, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and silly (in a good way).
